What's actually included in Basic Care?+
Weekly water checks and chemical balancing — chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and salt (if applicable). Standard chemicals are included. Emptying the skimmer baskets can be added on request. Basic Care does not include vacuuming, brushing, or backwashing — for that, see Care Plus.
Are chemicals included?+
Yes — standard chemicals (chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity, stabilizer) are included. Specialty shock treatments, phosphate removal, and acid filter cleanings can be added quarterly for $69.
What if I need vacuuming or brushing too?+
Upgrade to Care Plus — our full-service plan that includes weekly vacuuming, brushing, and backwashing as needed.
